huge wast of material and space that could've been used for a homeless shelter or ymca etc... then if you're going to tear it down , do so in a manner that the materials can be repurposed. this pisses me off to see such wast. omg theres useable furnitrure and shelves in there. they are wasting tax payers money . those things can be reused or sold.

Any half decent demolition company strips the building back to its super structure then pulls it down. Nothing but idiots use an excavator to seperate materials whilst bringing a building down. That’s just a stupid expense when a crew of people stripping the building is a shit load cheaper. I’d never hire these fucking idiots. And a bunch of workers sitting in a shipping container doing fuck all.

it probably would have taken less time to disassemble it than to demo it. i can't believe he had the bucket picking up 6" pieces of concrete and little strip of medal.
